Shipping & Delivery

All orders come with registered tracking and insurance and require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery is generally 7-10 business days (depending on location). from time of processing. This service is fully insured by us until the parcel is signed for upon delivery. Once the order is placed and payment received, your item will be shipped from our headquarters within 1-2 business days (except public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped and this is used for tracking your parcel's delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. 

All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home to sign for the parcel, you will receive an attempted delivery card and your parcel will be held at your nearest post office awaiting your collection. It is the customer’s responsibility if the parcel is unclaimed from the nearest post office within the delivery cycle.
